| Conditions of the Affiliate Programme | |
| 1) You must operate a website that does not contain, link to, or advertise another site that contains, beastiality, child porn, illegal password trading, hacking or warez sites, backdoors or any other site that makes money from illegal activities or by screwing other webmasters. Your site cannot be hosted on any ISP freespace excluding Adult specific freehosts. AOL, geocites, compuserve, tripod etc are not allowed.
2) You must be aged 18 or over to participate in the affiliate programme. 3) You may only use banner links , or text links to link to Uniformgirls All banners must be loaded from your server and supplied by us. Text links MUST NOT contain illegal terms, suggest uniformgirls.com offers illegal content or deceive the customer. 4) The Uniformgirls (Affiliate) program pays out 50% of net sales on initial signup and all recurring subscriptions that you have generated. Your sales totals will update daily, and you will be paid weekly, directly by our billing company either by check, or wire transfer according to sales volume generated. 50% of net sales means after transaction processing charges, i.e. 14.5% approx.
Chargebacks and credits are deducted if and when they happen, these are handled by the billing company (CCBill) . You will only suffer chargebacks and credits for bad sales generated by your account. If another reseller generated 20 bad sales, his sales would suffer the loss, not yours.
6) Termination: Uniformgirls and its operators may terminate any account for any reason at any time providing they give 24 hours notice. Termination notice may be served by email, surface mail or by telephone. On termination of the account, Uniformgirls will pay the webmaster any amount outstanding without deducting any handling fee or withholding any chargeback reserve except when: In addition CCBill reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice to either the affiliate webmaster or uniformgirls.com if the affiliate webmaster has committed fraud. Any webmaster may request to close their account, providing they give 72 hours notice. This may be done by email, surface mail or telephone. On termination, Uniformgirls will settle any outstanding revenue due to the webmaster at the end of the current pay period, after deducting a 10% handling fee, and may holdback 25% as a chargeback reserve for 6 months, to be paid after that time, after deducting any chargebacks or credits. On termination of his account, the webmaster will cease to earn revenue from any renewals or signup sales.
7) Earning Sales - to have a sale credited against your account, you must link to the URL assigned to you. This will have your unique code (your user id) to ensure you are credited for signups. You must link to us using one of our banners, or text links. Blind links are not allowed. You MUST never use Spam to send traffic (this includes email , newsgroup or ICQ messages). If you do you will be terminated from the program AND you could be prosecuted. Our system tracks referring urls, number of clicks (unique and raw) and allows us to check conversion ratios. If you send one hit and generate 2 signups then we will know what you are up to, straight away. 8) Uniformgirls reserves the right to suspend or terminate the entire Affiliate Scheme after providing notice as detailed in clause 6. Uniformgirls and its operators also reserve the right to increase the payout rate at any time . Uniformgirls and its operators guarantee that as long as the Affiliate Scheme is running, the payout rate will not be decreased. 9) All participants must operate a U.S Dollar bank account and be able to accept check or wire payments in U.S. funds. 10) Uniformgirls and its operators guarantee that all members of the Affiliate Scheme will be entitled to increases in payout rates, special offers and bonus payouts providing they meet any qualifying requirements. 11) This agreement shall be governed by U.S. Federal law and may be ammended by Uniformgirls or its operators at any time providing 48 hour notice is given to all scheme participants and copies of the new terms are provided to all participants within the 48 hour period. 12) FREE CONTENT: Selected affiliates (subject to status) will be eligible to use free licensed content supplied by Uniformgirls.com for the sole purpose of promoting Uniformgirls.com/net and increasing affiliate sales. Content may be used providing that a (C)Copyright credit to Uniformgirls.com is included on the same page that licensed content is used. Affiliates may use the free licensed content for as long as they remain in the Uniformgirls affiliate or Uniformgirls click programs. 13) Neither Uniformgirls or its operators accept any liability for any legal actions, government intervention or changes in legislation that arise from your participation in this programme or which prevent us from paying you any revenue earned. No liability will be accepted for any lost revenue due to server downtime, system errors, acts of God or randomly generated events, including but not limited to, civil war, riots, earthquakes, World Cups, floods, epidemics, bombings, hijackings, Quebec getting independance or mouse rebellions.
